Pulisen is a polyurethane products manufacturer integrating research and development, production and sales. The company was founded in 2016 and is located in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, China. The factory covers an area of more than 3000 square meters. We can provide custom polyurethane molding solutions for OEM customers.

After several years of business expansion, we have expanded our production process and capacity from our initial extruded polyurethane line to cast polyurethane, injection molded polyurethane and compression molded polyurethane. We have continuously upgraded our production facilities and added testing equipment, and implemented stringent product quality control to minimize human error and rework. thereby increasing production efficiency and ensuring consistency in the quality of products. Our company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification.

Our Polyurethane molding processes as follows:

1. Hand Polyurethane Pouring- For small batch, custom or special shape products, hand casting may be more flexible.
2. Machine Casting Polyurethane- For large-scale, standardized products, machine casting is more suitable.
3. Open PU Casting & Room Temperature Cast Urethane Process – It is suitable for products with simple shape, large size and low precision requirement.
4. Compression Molding Urethane- It is suitable for products with complex structure, high dimensional accuracy and good mechanical properties
5. Centrifugal Molding Polyurethane- Centrifugal forming is suitable for the manufacture of hollow, cylindrical or rotationally symmetrical products, for mass production of cylindrical or simple hollow products of the same specifications, centrifugal molding efficiency is higher.
6. PU Extrusion- it’s Suitable for the production of continuous long strip or tubular products, such as drive belts, tubes, profiles etc., the production process is continuous and fast.
7. Polyurethane Injection Molding – Suitable for the production of large batch, more complex shape but relatively small size urethane molded parts and products

Regarding the types of raw materials for polyurethane elastomers, there are countless extended formulas by changing the mixing ratios. Common raw materials include MDI, TDI, PPDI, NDI and many more. We can quickly select the right polyurethane compound and formula for your application.
